What this service is

Plumbers Boynton Beach is a referral and scheduling service. We connect homeowners with independent licensed plumbing contractors working in Palm Beach County. We are not the contractor performing the work.

Independent contractors

All contractors reached through this site are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, workmanship, warranties and compliance with applicable codes and permits.

Homeowner responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify that any contractor you hire holds the license and insurance required for the work being performed. Florida license status can be verified with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Pricing and quotes

Price ranges given by phone are estimates based on the information you provide. The binding price is the written quote presented before work begins. Actual conditions found on site may change the scope, in which case a revised written price is provided for your approval.

Emergency service

Emergency and after-hours service is offered subject to availability. Response times given are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Scheduling, cancellations and access

Arrival windows are estimates and can shift when an earlier job runs long or an emergency call takes priority. If a plumber arrives and cannot access the property, the fixture or the shutoff valve, the visit may be rescheduled and a trip charge may apply. Please let us know in advance about gates, pets, elevator bookings or association requirements so the appointment can proceed as planned.

Warranty terms and exclusions

Warranty coverage is stated on the invoice for the specific work performed. Warranties generally cover the parts installed and the labor to install them. They do not cover pre-existing conditions elsewhere in the system, damage caused by misuse, work performed by others, or components the homeowner supplied. Installed equipment also carries its own manufacturer warranty, which is administered by that manufacturer.

Permits and code compliance

Where a permit is required, the work is performed to the code in effect at the time of installation. Bringing unrelated existing conditions up to current code is a separate scope of work and is quoted separately if you choose to address it.

Communications consent

By providing a telephone number you consent to receive calls and text messages relating to your service request, including scheduling updates and arrival notifications. Message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
